The hot water valve is on top of the water heater and at my house it is backwards (no righty tighty)......
The main water valve is on the wall.....and Kari, that means we have NO water when that is turned off.....
When the hot water heater busts in the "House that Jack Built" it floods Kari's room and part of the kitchen.....
