Yesterday a group from our church traveled to Clarkston Georgia which is just outside Atlanta to work with a group of refugees from Liberia. We had an awesome time getting to know them, playing games, painting faces, etc. Here are some pictures below of our time there.
We started out with some sweets....here is Wendy mastering the art of cotton candy!
One of our many helpers on popcorn duty...
Good ole Timothy....this little man provided for hours of entertainment!
We don't know this little guy's name but he just about got adopted by Kari...here he is getting a brand new salvation bracelet....
Little man again.....Kari was loving her time with him and had just said she would take him home if she could and then haaaachuuuu....sneezed right in her face.....yummy....now that's love
Liberian worship team leading us in some songs
One word.....Precious!
Now time for some kick ball.....the game just kept growing
Here comes what I like to call a little bit of "every tribe and nation" making it across the field to make salvation bracelets
Ok, this one is for you Mrs. Train and Ms. French....I used some of those mad skills you both taught me to play it up with some future Liberian national team members!
Look at this.....she wanted to be a butterfly.....whatcha think.....too cute...I think so!
And of course, Mrs. Brittnie has got a hold of her......
And here is the picture....
REST STOP.....wait, according to this sign, I should not be here?!?!
Our SS girls.....
The end.....for now!
